50 Minutes Mat Pilates Class delivered in person at LP Physiotherapy
Service Description
A fun dynamic take on contemporary Pilates - expect challenging flows! This is suitable for all levels, but we would not recommend for those dealing with pain, or returning from injury. If you are pregnant please contatc us prior to booking to discuss suitability. Please bring a mat, all other equipment will be provided. Location- LP Physiotherapy and Pilates 145 Kingsway, Dunmurry, BT17 9RY Links will be emailed prior to the start of each class.
