Live Pilates Classes

I currently teach 1 online classes per week via Zoom: Wednesdays at 7am for 60mins.   You can join from your phone, tablet or computer by downloading the free Zoom application.  You can also join direct from your browser.

These classes can be purchased separately at time of booking or you can purchase a set of 8 classes at a discounted rate to use as and when suits you.

From June 2025 we will be offering a selection of in person Classes at the new LP Physiotherapy and Pilate premises at 145 Kingsway Dunmurry.

 

These classes can be booked as individuals or in blocks for a discounted price.
