If training with an injury it is always wise to get the all clear from your health care provider (I can help with that) as everyone will have their own needs. Pilates is an ideal form of rehab for many injuries and I have been using it with my patients for over 15 years! There are specific post natal classes!

That depends on the area being treated. For lower back, hip, knee or ankle appointments you will need to bring shorts (PJs are ok!). For neck, upper back or shoulder appointments you will need to be comfortable removing your shirt/tshirt. If you wear a bra - one with a back fastener is best - not a sports bra. For elbow, wrist or hand appointments, short sleeves are fine.
