There is more than one live class in the week to give maximum chance, but recordings of the live classes can be sent out if needed!

If training with an injury it is always wise to get the all clear from your health care provider (I can help with that) as everyone will have their own needs. Pilates is an ideal form of rehab for many injuries and I have been using it with my patients for over 15 years! There are specific post natal classes!

Yes the on demand runs on a month by month basis, no locked in contracts, so can be cancelled at any point.

What do I wear to a Physiotherapy appointment?

That depends on the area being treated. For lower back, hip, knee or ankle appointments you will need to bring shorts (PJs are ok!). For neck, upper back or shoulder appointments you will need to be comfortable removing your shirt/tshirt. If you wear a bra - one with a back fastener is best - not a sports bra. For elbow, wrist or hand appointments, short sleeves are fine.

You should aim to arrive no more than 5 mins prior to the appointment.

There are lots of parking options in and around the Lisburn Road, but it does get very busy so please leave adequate time to find a space.

How do I get in?

If you arrive at 182 Lisburn road there is a buzzer on the inner door next to the entrance for Ivy and White Bridal. This is clearly labelled.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

A list of all medications and any investigations such as scan reports or blood tests is useful.

Can I bring my baby/children with me?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, the space is not big enough for a whole class full, but you can bring your kids if necessary.
