On Demand Pilates Classes

Thanks for joining me on demand!

 

Here you will find a selection of mat classes, both with and without small equipment, catering to all levels of experience.  These classes are ideal for supplementing the in-person or online classes, ahem, homework!  They can also be used as a way to learn at your own pace at a time that suits you.

 

The classes will be varied in price depending on length.  Please always check the price before confirming purchase, as all purchases are final.

 

When you rent a class you will have access for 48 hours.

 

If you are new to Pilates I recommend starting with the beginner classes!

By continuing to purchase or consume On-Demand videos, I acknowledge that I, and not LP Physiotherapy and Pilates and Lisa Parry, am liable / responsible for having my own health evaluated before I participate in any exercise program.​

Please read before purchasing and completing a class;

 

Prior to taking part in any of the above classes, please consult with your Dr and/or health care professional to gain approval for starting Pilates for your own safety.

Consulting with a healthcare professional is advised to ascertain if Pilates classes are suitable for your physical and or mental condition and safe for you to participate in.

 

By participating in the exercises within the class you are performing them at your own risk.

 

You understand that within any form of exercise and physical activity there is a risk of injury and/or harm, and you do so of your own accord.

 

Prior to starting a Pilates class, please make sure you are aware of your surroundings, and are in a suitable space.

 

If you are post natal, please make sure you have had your post natal check by the midwife and GP, and have been cleared for exercise.

 

Classes are not suitable for pregnancy unless they state otherwise.

 

Always exercise at the correct level for yourself.
