Outside Events & Corporate Classes

​

Lisa has hosted many events, workshops and corporate classes. These include corporate Pilates classes for All state and PWC.

Pilates classes for charity include a Pilates class for female refugees, a Pelvic health classs for women with post natal mental health issues and self care Pilates for foodbank users. 

Lisa has also been a part of wider events such a the Marks and Spencer 1 year celebrstion of the parent club, Lisa was a guest speaker on a panel of women who all work within woemn's health. She has hosted pelvic health workshops at Studio Se7en Reformer studio. 

Events at LP Physiotherapy & Pilates

LP Physio has aleady hosted a wonderful red light Pilates class at its DUnmurry location, and is open to future events / collaborations. The studio can hold 12 mats comfortably with a separate secure room to store belongings.
