I am aware that my video/image may be visible on screen to the other participants in the class.

I am aware that I must leave my video/camera on (and with myself in view) in order for the instructor to check that I am performing the exercises correctly.

I am aware that if I choose to turn my camera off, I am working at my own risk.  I alone will be liable for any injury or damage caused and will not be covered by the insurance cover offered by LP Physiotherapy and Pilates.

I will make sure to be working in an area free of obstruction.
